Seaside shelter kit (Southsea 1:43 scale)

Please read through the instructions before beginning assembly.

When the kit arrives the roof section may be slightly warped. It is best to lay a piece of card onto the roof and place a heavy object, such as a large book, on top for a few days.

Position the sprue with the rectangular tab bottom left, angled tab top left. Detach the top leftmost panel as shown above.

Place the panel in the far left of the shelter body.

Make sure the side with the recessed border faces into the shelter body.

From the other side, push the panel firmly in. Don't worry if you haven't removed all of the sprue from the panel edges, a little remaining will ensure a tighter fit.

Continue to fit the panels one at a time, working from left to right along each row of the sprue, in the order shown above.

Next, begin to detach the black insert panels from their sprue and insert them into the slots in the top of the main body.

The order you insert the panels is not important but make sure all the panels are fully pushed down into the main body.

There will be one spare panel left over.

Detach the central bench from its sprue and slide it into the notches in the underside of the main body until fully inserted.

Detach one of the end benches from the sprue and slide the notch in the bottom of the middle leg on to the lug protruding from the central bench. Repeat this on the other side.

Place the roof section on to the top of the main body and carefully push down to fit.

Next, fit the yellow band on to the roof.
