The famous Iron Bridge in Shropshire, England was the first bridge to be
made of cast iron. Built by Abraham Darby in 1775 - 79, the bridge spans
the river Severn in Coalbrookdale, now considered as the birthplace of
the industrial revolution. This is a 1:160 scale model.of the central
span of the bridge.
